The start of the new year marks the beginning of a year full of exciting changes here at camp. The first of these changes is our new website!
This new website has been under development for some time now, and continues to be a work in progress! Our goal is to develop it into an ongoing and growing community for users of Valley Camp. Please let us know how we can make it better for you by email our web team at webmaster@valleycamp.org.

- Users can now recover lost passwords.
The latest round of website updates have just been pushed to the production server! This update includes a number of bug fixes and prepares us for our next feature release!
Only feature update in this push in our new "welcome" page! Instead of being a static page it now syndicates our blogs, and includes our twitter feed!
Stay tuned for our next update where, if all goes according to plan, you should be able to leave comments on things!

Facility information has been updated
Many thanks to the King County 4X4 Search and Rescue team for spending the time with Scout Troop 571 and the young adults from Hope Lutheran Church in Seattle. The time you spent to show and teach them what to do if lost, talk about the importance of carrying the 10 estentials, and demonstrating what Search and Rescue does was greatly appreciated by all.
On Wednesday evening, Nov. 18th King County Roads shared with the community their plans to repair the Middle Fork and Lake Dorothy roads. These repairs will begin in spring 2010 and will have no affect on your access to camp.
We still have open dates for the Lodge, Cabin and RV sites for February and March at 2008 rates!
The Camp WIsh List has been updated!
Yes, an entire week of clear sky in December, no fog, no clouds, no wind, just clear, and cold.
10,273 acres east of Valley Camp has been designated a Natural Resource Conservation Area.
Thanks to your generous donations in 2009 we were able to make many improvements to your camp!
Time to get those dates figured out and your reservations in for 2010 while we still have good open dates for your event.
